Three-Day Diet Treatment Plan
Breakfast: Half of a grapefruit, 2 teaspoon of peanut butter, 1 piece of toast, coffee or tea.
Lunch: 4 ounces of tuna (canned), 1 piece of toast, coffee or tea.
Dinner: 4 ounces of white meat (chicken breast), 4 ounces of beans, 4 ounces of beetroot, 1 apple, 4 ounces of vanilla ice-cream.
Breakfast: Half of a banana, 1 boiled egg, 1 piece of toast, coffee or tea.
Lunch: 4 ounces of cheese, 5 pieces of salty soda biscuit, coffee or tea.
Dinner: 2 hotdogs, 4 ounces of broccoli, half of a banana, 2 ounces of carrots, 4 ounces of vanilla ice-cream.
Breakfast: Half of an apple, 1 piece of cheese, 5 pieces of salty soda biscuit, coffee or tea.
Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 piece of toast, coffee or tea.
Dinner: 4 ounces of tuna (canned), 4 ounces of beetroot, 4 ounces of cauliflower, half of a melon, 4 ounces of vanilla ice-cream.
What you need to take note of:
Maintain a strict control over your food intake, eat according to the amount stated in the meal plan, do not eat more than that.
Strictly adhere to the sequence of the meal plan. Do not change the sequence and eat what is meant for the third day on the first day.
You should only drink 5 cups of water (9 ounces each) a day. Drink one cup before each meal, one cup in the afternoon and another cup before you sleep.
If you drink coffee, make sure it is milk-free and sugar-free.
In addition, take note that for the first day, the tuna stated in the meal plan should be cooked by boiling it in water with salt and pepper. The chicken breast should be marinated raw with salt and pepper and then boiled with salt and pepper.
For the second day, the egg could be soft-boiled and eaten with salt, the cheese should be ball-shaped cottage cheese and the carrots have to be boiled in water with salt and pepper.
The cheese for the third day should be a piece of thin and flat Kraft cheese and the cauliflower should be boiled in water with salt and pepper. The half melon should be about 1 to 2 pounds. Eating this should make you feel full for a while. This meal plan is most effective for ladies who should see slimming results in a shorter time.
This is a 3-day diet plan. After the 3 days, stop the diet for 10 days before continuing. If you do this, you should be able to see your desired results.
Miss out on any of the items in the plan, substitute with other items or change the eating sequence. This is because the plan is made based on chemical reactions of the food.
