She continues her education with classes and conferences in the field of exercise physiology, strength training, cardiovascular training and nutrition in order to provide her clients with the most up-to-date information and training methods

"My own personal experiences have sparked a desire to pass on my knowledge to others and to give them the help and support that has been given to me by my husband and others over the years. I have dedicated my life to helping men, women, couples, older and younger clients attain their fitness goals with the emphasis on diet, flexibility, endurance, and weight resistance training.

Whether it is a weight loss, strength, or an overall transformation, I have worked side by side with my clients in their quest for personal improvement and would love the opportunity to work as a team with you also."
