Lynne Hanks is a fitness and nutrition professional with ten years of experience in changing and improving the physiques and health of her clients. She is an NCSF certified personal trainer, with a certification in CPR and a certified Precision Fitness PTS, trained under the direct supervision of Bart Hanks.
Along with her vast knowledge of sports nutrition, Lynne is an expert with the revolutionary diet software tool the PFA, Personal Food Analyst. This remarkable software was developed by Ric Rooney and Bart Hanks in which Lynne was a consultant on the project. In the fall of 1998, Lynne under went her own physique transformation after the birth of her first child proving that anyone can get the results they want if they apply the five key elements necessary to achieve the look they want.
